This website gives general information about White Sky, the robots we supply and the services we offer. It is intended for businesses, institutions and technology audiences.

Nothing on this website is an offer, a commitment, a proposal, a solicitation or advice of any kind.

Quotations, supply and meetings

Submitting the project form or booking a meeting does not create an agreement. Any supply, rental, integration or service is subject to a separate written quotation or agreement, which prevails over anything on this website. Prices, availability and delivery times are confirmed only there.

Products, images and descriptions

Robot scenes on this website are illustrative visualisations, not records of specific deployments. Descriptions of capability describe the intended design and development focus of our systems and should not be read as confirmation of any specific customer, contract, certification or deployment.

Names, photographs and specifications of robots made by other companies come from their makers and may change without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website: not to attempt unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it, introduce malicious code, submit false or unlawful content, or use it in any way that breaches UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes.

Intellectual property

The White Sky name, wordmark, website content, text, imagery and design belong to White Sky Enterprises or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

The names and logos of our partners and of robot makers belong to their owners and appear for identification only.

Enquiries and confidentiality

Please do not submit confidential, classified or operationally sensitive information through the project form. Information submitted through the website is not treated as confidential unless a separate written agreement is in place.

Third-party services and links

The meeting calendar is provided by Calendly, and this website links to the sites of our partners and of robot makers. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

Availability

We aim to keep this website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. Content may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, White Sky is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the content of this website.
