Privacy policy

This policy explains how White Sky Enterprises (“White Sky”, “we”), a company established in the United Arab Emirates, collects and uses personal data through white-sky.com. We handle personal data in line with the UAE’s Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and any other data protection law that applies to us.

What we collect
When you fill in the project form, including before booking a meeting, we collect your name, work email, company, project country, service interest and project description, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, budget and timeline.
When you then pick a meeting time, the booking is made in Calendly, which receives your name, your email address and the time you choose.
Like any website, our server records limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and to prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to prepare for and hold the meeting you book, to assess whether and how we can help with your project, and to keep a record of our correspondence.
We do not make automated decisions about you or build profiles, and we do not send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Our basis for using it
We use your data with your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and where it is needed to take steps you ask for before any agreement, such as preparing for a meeting or a proposal. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect anything done before you withdraw it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. The form is delivered to our team by email through our email service provider, and meeting bookings are handled by Calendly. These providers process the data to provide their service to us.
We may also disclose personal data where UAE law or a competent authority requires it.
Transfers outside the UAE
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where they do, we take steps so that the transfer is permitted by UAE law and the data stays protected to an adequate standard.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and meeting records for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and after that for as long as UAE law requires us to keep business records. We then delete them or make them anonymous.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
Your rights
Subject to UAE law, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or completed, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a structured, commonly used format, and to withdraw your consent.

Cookies
This website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. When the meeting calendar opens, Calendly may set its own cookies; our cookie policy explains this.
Children
This website is for businesses and organisations and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
